MyZipQuest is owned and operated by Eleven of Ten LLP (elevens.ai). This page summarizes legal ownership and intellectual property protections for the Service.

Ownership

Unless stated otherwise, the MyZipQuest platform and related assets are owned by Eleven of Ten LLP or its licensors, including:

• Software, APIs, and pipeline code.
• World generation methods, templates, manifests, and packaging workflows.
• Lesson templates, educational structures, and product documentation.
• MyZipQuest brand name, logos, and visual assets.

Limited License

Purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or family educational use, subject to the Terms of Service. Ownership of underlying intellectual property is not transferred.

Prohibited Uses

You may not, except where required by law:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially publish paid artifacts.
• Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service at scale.
• Remove attribution, licensing notices, or legal notices from artifacts.
• Create competing derivative services using protected MyZipQuest methods.

Third-Party Data and Trademarks

Generated worlds may include data sourced from third-party providers (including Mapbox, OpenStreetMap, and USGS), each subject to its own license and attribution requirements.

MyZipQuest is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

Report Infringement

To report copyright or intellectual property concerns, email hello@myzipquest.com with the subject line IP Notice and include:

• Your contact information.
• Identification of the work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL or artifact identifier of the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement of good-faith belief and authority to submit the claim.
